TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the Service provided by Let’s Glow Crazy and authorized staff (“we” or “us”).  

We may amend any of our Terms & Conditions at any time, and without notice.  We will post the revised version on our website along with the revision date.  The revised version will be effective as of the time it is posted.​

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before reserving the Service and print off a copy for your records.

In reserving the Service, you agree to the terms of this agreement which will legally bind you. 

1. DEFINITIONS

“Service” means the provision of a “Party.” or “camp”

“Party” means a private party that is hosted by us at a public or private venue or our location (also referred to as a “mobile party” or “party” or “event” or “camp”).

“Venue” means the physical location (public or private) for mobile parties.

​”Mandy” means Mandy Howard, the owner and Host of Let’s Glow Crazy.

“You” means the individual/organization reserving the Service.​​

“Participant(s)” means the person(people) participating in the Service.  Participants must be 4+ years of age.

“Fee(s)” means the fee(s) paid by you to us for the Service.

“Deposit” means the non-refundable deposit paid by you to us to secure your Service date and time. 

“Website” means https://www.letsglowcrazy.ca.

“Email” means party@letsglowcrazy.ca.

2. THE SERVICE

2.1. A description of the Service is available on our website.  We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the website.

2.2. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw the Service described on the website without notice including but not limited to fee adjustments.

3. FEES, CANCELLATION, & RESCHEDULING

3.1 For Parties or Events ~ Full payment (which includes a $100 non-refundable deposit fee), or a $100 “non-refundable” deposit is due at time of booking. If full payment is not received at booking, a reminder email will be sent out and payment is due 1 week before the booking date. If payment is not received within 3 days of your booking, your booking is subject to cancellation.

3.2 If you cancel the Service or if some/all of the participants do not attend your party you will not be refunded the $100 deposit, neither in full nor partially. If you have fewer than 8 participants, you are still required to pay the set fee.  

*The only exception when it comes to refunding is if we cancel your Service, in which case you will be refunded the deposit and any fees in full.

3.3 If you have more than 8 participants, additional participant fees will apply. 

3.4 If you add extra guests after your booking, we require your total participant count a minimum of 5 days before your Service date, as which time payment is due for any additional guests.  This will ensure we are able to purchase adequate materials. 

3.5 If you need to reschedule your Service, please let us know a minimum of 14 days before your original Service date to avoid being charged a rescheduling fee.  Rescheduling requests made with less than 14 days’ notice will be charged a *non-refundable $50 rescheduling fee, due in full upon rescheduling.

3.6 For Day Camps and/or special events (ie: drop-in events) hosted by Let’s Glow Crazy, full payment is due at booking via online payment or e-transfer. Bookings will not be approved until payment is received. There are no refunds on camp days or such special events.

4. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR “MOBILE” PARTIES

4.1 Please note that the adult who is hosting the party must remain on-site for the entire Service in order to provide supervision.  ​

4.2 The venue must be made available to us up to one hour prior to the Service start time and up to one hour after the Service end time, so as to enable us to set up and take-down decor and supplies.

4.3 Parties must take place indoors (unless previously agreed upon) with access to running water.

4.4 Travel fees may apply depending on your location.  Venues that are more than 40 km one-way (80 km total) from our point of departure will incur a fee of $1.00/km for any mileage above and beyond the initial 60 km.

5. MISSING/LATE PARTICIPANTS

5.1 The Party will start at the reserved time regardless of missing/late participants. No refund will be offered if participants are missing.

7. INDEMNITY CLAUSE

7.1 Neither Mandy, any of the hosts, nor any of the assistants shall ever be held liable (jointly or severally) to you, the participants, or any of your respective estates or representatives, for personal injury or any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages resulting from loss, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the Service.  Under no circumstance shall the total liability of Mandy, any of the hosts, or any of the assistants for any damages or losses arising from the Service exceed the maximum amount of the price of the Service for which you paid.
